hello! my boyfriend had bought this item from you, the tabba squishy potato. it did not look anything like the videos you have put up. the dark brown powder you had covered it with left residue all over my hands and eventually formed into tiny powder balls. i will say it is super fun to play with and it is super soft! it was just super disappointing receiving my item and seeing its nothing like you had advertised. i was hoping to see if you could reimburse me for the item at least.
